COSTUMING
"HOW TO"
Here I
will Guide you through the process of Creating Your own
HardSuit/Costume. I am a Guyver Fanatic and thus most of my suits
will be of Guyver Characters, However you may apply these basic
techniques to create any type of costume or prop you wish. I
still have MUCH to add to this site, so please be patient with
me. I plan to update as often as I can,..Please Note That I am
adding the steps AS I BUILD THE SUIT,.....
Last Progress Update:3/7/2K

The
"in progress" photo above shows a suit of Armor which I
am constructing entirely from Thermoform Adhesives (AKA: hot glue
^_^)
STEP 1:
THE BODY CAST
This section explains how to create
a Mannequin form or "body double" which you can then

Your costume may require special
items like gauntlets, gloves, special shoes, hand and foot
prosthetics, etc. in which you may need hand and/or foot doubles
to sculpt upon. This area shows how to cast hands and feet.

STEP 4:
Casting The Armor
I have received numerous emails from
people who were finding the Fiberglass Armor How To either too
difficult or too costly to make. Thus I have decided to
temporarily abandon the Fiberglass Version to post an entirely
new set of instructions showing a much easier and cheaper way to
create the armor.

ADHESIVES
(AKA: HOT GLUE)
Thats right,.. Hot Glue! How can you make a costume out of Hot
Glue you ask? Well in this section I will show you how to do just
that.
