TRIMMING THE FIBERGLASS
Part 2

First I start off by trimming the ends of the Arms and Legs.

Here I am using the Dremel tool to cut around the edge of the
shoulder.

After ripping through several cutting tips, I switched to the
larger grinding tool.

Be sure to continuously check how the two halves fit together.
You don't want to cut away too much.
Here is a shot I took looking down through the neck. (its a good way to spot the areas you need to keep trimming)
Once you have the two halves cut to fit together, line them up and tape off the Wrists and Ankles. (tightly) This will keep the two halves in place.

Next I go around the entire seam with the grinder, smoothing out
the edges.

Here is a shot of the finished Front.

And a shot of the back. Next the two halves will have to be
permanently attached.
